By accessing or using ArcticCardBrokers ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users.
Sellers must accurately describe all items. Misrepresentation of item condition, authenticity, or any other material fact is prohibited and may result in account suspension. All cards listed for sale must be in the seller's possession. Counterfeit, altered, or stolen cards are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these rules.
We charge a 6.00% platform fee on each completed sale, deducted from the seller's proceeds. Buyers pay the listed price plus any shipping charges. All payments are processed through our secure payment partners. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
Buyer payments are held in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt of the item or 7 days have elapsed, whichever comes first. If a buyer believes the item does not match the listing, they may open a dispute within the escrow period. Our team will review disputes and make a binding decision. Fraudulent dispute claims are a violation of these terms.
All raffles and auctions are conducted fairly using cryptographically secure random number generation. Raffle draws are recorded in an immutable audit log. ArcticCardBrokers reserves the right to cancel any raffle or auction and issue refunds at its discretion. Participants must be registered users in good standing.
Users may not engage in bid manipulation, shill bidding, or any form of auction fraud. Creating multiple accounts, using automated tools to scrape the platform, or attempting to circumvent security measures is prohibited. Harassment of other users, sellers, or staff is grounds for immediate account termination.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to logos, design, text, and software, is the property of ArcticCardBrokers or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent. User-submitted content (photos, descriptions) remains the property of the user, but you grant us a license to display it on the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or the accuracy of card valuations. In no event shall ArcticCardBrokers be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the six months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Anchorage, Alaska.
