Browse or search for a card, click on a listing, and press "Buy now." Payment is deducted from your site wallet balance. You'll need to add funds to your wallet before purchasing.
Yes. Your payment is held in escrow until you confirm you've received the card in the described condition. Once you click "Confirm delivery," funds are released to the seller. If there's an issue, you can open a dispute and our team will review it within 2 business days.
Open a dispute from the order detail page. Describe the issue, and our team will review photos and communication to make a fair decision. Funds remain in escrow during the dispute.
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed — this protects sellers. If there's a problem with your order, use the dispute system.
Shipping timelines are set by the seller. Most sellers ship within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number. If no tracking appears after 5 business days, message the seller.
Selling Cards
Your account is upgraded to seller status automatically when you create your first listing. Go to "List a Card" from the navigation menu to get started.
We charge a 6.00% platform fee on each sale, deducted from the sale price when funds are released to your wallet. There are no listing fees.
Funds are released to your wallet once the buyer confirms delivery, or automatically after 7 days if the buyer doesn't respond. You can then withdraw or use your balance for purchases on the platform.
For raw cards, use Poor / Good / Excellent. For graded cards, enter the exact grading company and grade (e.g. PSA 9). Misrepresenting condition can result in disputes and account suspension.
Yes. List your card as a "Digital card" and the transfer happens instantly upon purchase — no shipping required.
Raffles
Purchase one or more tickets for a raffle. Each ticket gives you one entry. When all tickets are sold (or the deadline is reached), a winner is drawn at random using a cryptographically secure random number generator. The full draw is recorded in an immutable audit log.
If a raffle has a sell-by deadline and doesn't sell all tickets by that date, all tickets are automatically refunded to participants' wallets.
You'll receive an in-platform notification and an email immediately after the draw. The winner is also publicly displayed on the raffle page.
Auctions
Traditional auctions work like standard auctions — you bid an amount, and the highest bidder when time runs out wins. Penny auctions cost 1 bid credit per bid, raise the price by a small increment, and each bid extends the timer. The last person to bid when the timer hits zero wins.
Bid credits are used for penny auctions. Each bid in a penny auction costs 1 credit. Credits can be purchased from your wallet page.
In traditional auctions, your bid amount is held from your balance. If someone outbids you, your full bid amount is automatically refunded to your wallet immediately.
Wallet & Payments
Go to Wallet from the navigation menu. You can add funds via credit/debit card through our secure Stripe payment processor.
Withdrawal to a bank account or PayPal is coming soon. Currently, your balance can be used for any purchases on the platform.
We never store your card details. All payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security.
